Scott Presler is a national, America First, grassroots activist and Executive Director of the Early Vote Action (EVA) PAC. EVA plans to mobilize volunteers and grassroots support from all 50 states to win the 2024 Presidential election, retake control of the US Senate, increase Republican control of the House, and win other down-ballot races. Early Vote Action sponsors a unique digital Application and database used by the Caucus for voter registration, walklist, text/phone contact, and get-out-the-vote campaigns. Scott’s efforts serve as an invaluable model and inspiration to move local citizens into conservative political action..

OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

This informal organization grew out of loose coalition of conservatives who made up Republican Committee members and citizens involved in election integrity. Our leaders are veterans, moms, entrepreneurs, information security and data analytics professionals. Almost all are members of their GOP Units.  

 

Chief Coordinator. Rob Presler, CAPT, USN (Ret), has been active in election integrity and the FCRC. He is the moving force behind the Fairfax Patriot Pub, a conservative grass roots organization. He brings his experience as a senior naval and joint staff policy and operations officer to bear on everything he does. Political and Delegate Coordinator. Mr. Reagan George of Fairfax County who was an early pioneer of election integrity and also as a Republican Party of Virginia reformist. TAFC is Reagan’s brainchild. He is a member of the Fairfax County Republican Committee (FCRC). He has been involved in grass roots conservative groups in Northern Virginia (NOVA). Operations Coordinator. Jeff Fuller, LTC UA SF (Ret), spent his military career as a special forces officer. He has been active in advocacy for Constitutional Education and conservative public education issues. He has also worked on NOVA election integrity and transparency and is Chair of the PWC RC Election Integrity Committee. Email: operations@america-first-caucus.org

Information System Operations. Tom Hurt, IT Professor is a former Marine and has been active in the technology aspects of our vulnerable election system. He is an expert in System Assurance. He advises TAFC leaders on all aspects of technology. and system assurance.  He is a leader in the technical aspects of election security.

RPV Central Committee Coordinator. Dewey McDonnell is a former member of the State Central Committee from the 7th Congressional District.  He is a active grassroots' leader in Culpepper County and the 7th CD.  He is a business man. He is co-founder of Culpeper-Fauquier-Rappahannock Oath Keepers.

American Life & Liberty PAC Director. Debbie Cloud, grassroots conservative activist, realtor, business owner, and lead coordinator with conservative and America First organizations. Her support to The America First Caucus [TAFC] is priceless. TAFC is very grateful to count on her patriotic activism, guidance and insight.

General Advisor, Logistics & Web Design. Lin-Dai Kendall, Architect. Post Graduate, MBA, Fulbright Scholar. Kendall is an American by choice and has been involved in local politics for the past two decades. Her primary interest is saving our children by cleaning up the education system.

Social Media Coordinator. Pam B. is leader on her GOP Unit She is helping get our messages developed and communicated on our social media sites.  She helps with formulation our messages as well as getting them seen on the WWW.

Volunteer Coordinator. Cathleen Walkling, an activist in a number of conservation issues from education to fair justice for conservatives. She manages our volunteer list.
